TORNADO PBA

Horizontal flow wrap machine, model TORNADO PBA, equipped with box motion cross sealing unit suitable for heat-sealable films, indicated for hermetic seal.
3 models: Tornado 700 PBA, Tornado 900 PBA & Tornado 1000 PBA.

General features:
– Ral 7035 painted main frame;
– In feed pusher conveyor, controlled by servomotor;
– FDA plastic pushers;
– Cantilever reel shaft holder;
– Universal forming shoulders adjustable by hand in width, height and back and forth position;
– Sealing System: with impulse sealing wire (PE) or permanent Hot Bar (PP);
– Possibility to work also with paper;
– Travelling cross sealing jaws controlled by servomotor and manually adjustable in height;
– Fin seal unit controlled by servomotor composed by two pre-heated wheels to pull the film, two sealing wheels and two folding wheels. The two heated couple of wheels they open pneumatically so we avoid any burning during a machine stop and e guarantee a safe and fast way to introduce the film when starting a new production or changing reel;
– Removable guards with safety switches;
– Exit belt;
– Servomotor control for 3 driving motors:
1) cross sealing unit,
2) fin seal head and out feed belt,
3) in feed conveyor with pushers,
4) jaws closing;
– Kollmorgen control system;
– Touch screen;
– Electrical cabinet inside the main structure;
