Horizontal flow wrap machine AVALANCHE PBB Bottom Film Reel, with rotating sealing system, suitable for heat-sealable films.
3 models: Avalanche 500 PBB, Avalanche 700 PBB & Avalanche 900 PBB.

General features:
– Ral 7035 painted main frame;
– In feed pusher conveyor controlled by an independent motor;
– FDA plastic pushers;
– film reel holder at the bottom;
– Universal forming tunnel, width and height are manually adjustable;
– Sealing System: with impulse sealing wire (PE) or permanent Hot Bar (PP);
– Possibility to work also with paper;
– Rotating sealing bars with Teflon sealing strap, controlled by servomotor;
– Fin seal unit independently controlled by servomotor composed by:
“two pre-heated wheels to pull the film, and which pneumatically open to facilitate the film introduction,
“two sealing wheels, which pneumatically open to avoid burning the film,
“two folding wheels;
– Safety plastic protections with safety sensors;
– Exit belt;
– Servomotor control for the 4 motorisations of the machine:
“cross sealing head rotation,
“fin seal head,
“in feed conveyor and exit conveyor,
“product driving belt underneath the fin sealing position;
