Horizontal flow wrap machine AVALANCHE PBA Top Film Reel, with rotating sealing system, suitable for heat-sealable films.
3 models: Avalanche 500 PBA, Avalanche 700 PBA & Avalanche 900 PBA.

General features:
– Ral 7035 painted main frame;
– In feed pusher conveyor controlled by an independent motor;
– FDA plastic pushers;
– film reel holder at the top;
– Universal forming tunnel, width and height are manually adjustable;
– Sealing System: with impulse sealing wire (PE) or permanent Hot Bar (PP);
– Possibility to work also with paper;
– Rotating sealing bars, controlled by servomotor;
– Fin seal unit independently controlled by servomotor composed by:
“two pre-heated wheels to pull the film, and which pneumatically open to facilitate the film introduction,
“two sealing wheels, which pneumatically open to avoid burning the film,
